Income Tax Return FY 2019-2020 AY 2020-21 Date for Non-Audit-Assesses Extended

Ministry of Finance vide its press release dated 30 DEC 2020 at 7:08PM by PIB Delhi , has extended due dates for Audit and Non Audit ITR Assesses , hence the revised due dates are as follows.

The date for filing of ITR for the AY 2020-21 assesses not having tax audit for whom the date was

1. 31st July, 2020 as per Income Tax Act 1961 and

2. Which was subsequently extended due to Covid-19 to 30th November, 2020 and

3. Then further extended 31st December, 2020

Has again been further extended to 10th January, 2021.

So now the Final dated unless again extended for Non-Audit cases Example Salaried ITR , Business ITR ( Non Audit) , Interest Income ITR etc is 10th January 2021.
