Place of Business
GST Law Mandates taxpayers to display GST reg. cert. at a prominent location at Place of Business or at additional place of business else heavy penalty is imposed if found non compliant.
Business Name Board
The GST number shall be also displayed on the name board of the entity which is placed at legible location of the building.. According to the GST Act, “Every registered person shall display his Goods and Services Tax Identification Number on the name board exhibited at the entry of his principal place of business and at every additional place or places of business.”
